Daily Calorie Intake Guidelines
Here are the guidelines for the amount of calories you should have on a daily basis in order to achieve a healthy diet:
Ages 1-3:
Boys: 1230 cals
Girls: 1165 cals
Ages 4-6:
Boys: 1715 cals
Girls:1545 cals
Ages 7-10:
Boys: 1970 cals
Girls: 1740 cals
Ages 11-14:
Boys: 2220 cals
Girls: 1845 cals
Ages 15-18:
Boys: 2755 cals
Girls: 2110 cals
Adults:
Boys: 2550 cals
Girls: 1940 cals
